The homeowner is responsible for all site work, stamped plans and/or permits, unless they contract The Builder Development Corp. We recommend a bed 3/4 inch of crushed stone, as a base for your shed. The size of the shed base should be one foot larger all the way around. Making sure stones are perfectly level.
The Builder Dev Corp includes delivery within 20 miles of our shed center, no hidden fees. Garages are with delivery too! We deliver through out the Hudson Valley, Westchester and Putnam counties.
